
Attorney Sheila Vierra has been practicing law in Hawaii for over 20 years. Ms. Vierra assists clients throughout Honolulu and Oahu with a full scope of family law matters, including divorce, property division, retirement division including QDROs, child custody, visitation and child support, alimony, paternity, estate planning, guardianship, adoption and restraining orders. In addition, Ms. Vierra is one of the few attorneys in Hawaii experienced in preparing and processing QDROs, which are essential to dividing spouses' retirement benefits in divorce. She also provides clients with a variety of estate planning services, including preparing wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney.
Ms. Vierra was born in Waialua and is a respected member of the Hawaii legal community. She has been a member of the Family Law Sections of both the Hawaii and American Bar Associations for decades. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lewis and Clark College in Oregon and obtained her law degree from Willamette University College of Law, the first law school in the Pacific Northwest.
